3 Classic Blues Guitars

As an old bluesgal from way back, I decided to make three recolours of the Pied Piper acoustic guitar inspired by some of my fave types of classic blues guitar.

In the below pic from left to right, they are: a Dobro Resonator, a Dobro Hound Dog, and a Kalamazoo KG-21 Sunburst. They are all a snip at just 300 simoleons each. They're found in the Activities section in Buy Mode.



Our trio of blues-playing sims are giving an outdoor performance in Willow Creek.



And in Oasis Springs I discovered something I hadn't noticed before, which is that the lighting seems warmer/yellower there. This gives these vintage-style guitars a slightly sepia-tinted look of authenticity:



Please note that you need to have decent graphics for these guitars to look their best in-game. Due to the unfortunate fact that the texture sizes TS4 allocates to game items is much smaller than was the case in TS3, it's much harder to make textures look good.

INSTALLATION:
Unzip the zip file and move the .package file to your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods folder.
