This is another lot I built for Newcrest. It has 2 floors with gym equipment, a pool and lap pool, locker room and office. There is a lot of additional content for Gym's that are included in the EP's, SP's and Kit's that EA provided such as yoga mats, the Relaxo Deluxe Chair and the Rock Climbing wall to name a few. I however wanted all sims to be able to enjoy the Gym so I kept it as base game as the other items can be easily added.
