I'm so excited to share this lot with you guys! I built it many, many years ago, and it's always been The One community lot that I always go back to, because it has everything my Sims may need and I love the layout. I wanted a mall that had all the things Sims may need to buy, and that wasn't just a block with walls and roof. I was inspired by the kind of mall they had in Sevilla, Spain, where I used to spend my summers, and various outdoor malls in my own country.

As much as I loved the lot, I built it in a corrupt hood and had no safe copy, so I've never even thought of uploading it. But on my latest rebuild, I decided to rebuild it from scratch, and this time I decided to make it safe to share. I also brushed up the decorations a bit, since I didn't have all EPs/SPs back then. I've been play-testing it for months and fixing little kinks to make it as perfect as I possibly could, and the day has finally come!

I give you Sunnyside Mall. It features a two-story H&M clothing store, a jewelry/perfume shop, a pet store, a resting area, a gym, a grocery store, a café, and a restaurant. Everything is located around a central square with a fountain. There is a deck on the second floor where you can relax and hang out after you're done shopping. And best of all, the lot is CC-free!

I'm particularly fond of the look of the H&M store, the jewelry shop interior, and the café. They come out really well after the restoration.

Recommended CC (not required)
- Lunatech 'Lighten Up' Ceiling Light Fix by Menaceman44. Without it, lunatech lights will be floating slightly below the ceiling, as they do in a regular maxis game. Screenshots were taken with the fix.
- White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh. Without it, roof edges will be the normal color. Screenshots were taken with the default.

I personally also use the ATM by Monique, for Sims who can't afford a computer and wants to have a bank account, and the job board by MogHughson, for Sims to look for jobs. So if you'd like to add even more functions to this mall, those are my suggestions.
