Here is a series of community lots that were built specially for my Distant Oasis neighborhood but should work in any neighborhood as they are all flat lots. Your sims will have all of their shopping and entertainment needs met with these lots.

Luxury Mercantile is a high end shopping venue which includes clothing boutique, electronics store, dance club, and rooftop dining. The lot size is 4 x 4 and the cost to buy 140,297.

Elegancia is a concert theater for the piano with ground floor and box seats, super fancy tile front with decorative pools and benches, and a romantic outdoor dining area for after the show. I'm working on my test sim, Khalid Ali, to max out his creativity points and then he will go to the hall and wow all who come to hear. This is also a good place for a romantic, formal date although in my test hood, Kennedy Cox showed up in shorts. Why is he so unpleasant to everyone? Lot size is 5 x 4 and cost to buy 169,195.

Oasis Breeze is a community swim club with large pool, patio dining, juice bar with darts, and dance floor with dj. Your sims can swim and sun by day or have a romantic date at night. Lot size is 3 x 5 and cost to buy 161,101.

Marrakech Espresso is a sidewalk cafe in the heart of town, a great place to meet other sims. It has two coffee areas and three tea serving areas. There are also chess boards for fun and logic, all under a cool vaulted roof with flowering shrubs spilling through barred windows. Lot size is 4 x 3 and cost to buy 99,034.

No cc has been used and the uploaded lots have never been played with. Testing was done in a copy neighborhood.
