For single Sims, here are two apartment options in Distant Oasis. (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=559184) The Lava Rock Luxury Apartments are located in the heart of town. The building includes 4 apartments, two with two bedrooms and two baths, and two with one bedroom and one bath. All are fully furnished and able to be converted to real apartments if you have Apartment Life. My test sims are doing well there just by locking their doors. They can easily socialize with their neighbors around the sparkling pool and the chess board. Since I don't have AL installed, I don't know how much each apartment rents for, but I can say, the name "Luxury Apartments" means "high priced apartments."

Sweetwater Villas are detached condos right on the beach. Two of them also have two bedrooms, one bath, and the other two have one bedroom, one bath. Like the Lava Rock, they will be easily convertible in AL. Sims living here will have the beach in which to socialize. Even though they are on the beach, they will be cheaper than the Lava Rock. That's what's great about sim world, a beach apartment for less!

Cost to buy Lava Rock is 208,317 and Sweetwater is 120,742. Lot size for Lava Rock is 3x4 and Sweetwater is 6x3.

Sweetwater Villas are also placeable on Moon Islands.
