If you're like me and dreaming of a beach vacation, maybe you can send your sims on one even if you only have the base game. I like to place this house at the end of one of the cul de sacs in the Isla Segundo neighborhood. The lot isn't exactly flat, but slopes down slightly in the back, giving the impression of being just above the ocean. I can convince myself that my sims are in a vacation rental somewhere on the California coast! This house has two good sized bedrooms, big kitchen, family, and dining with ocean views, large decks on both floors with jacuzzi. To make the jacuzzi show up you have to be on the second floor since it is built up from the deck. The house also has an attached garage which could be turned into another bedroom if needed. Escape the heat, if only in the virtual world!
