I like making fancy batchelor pads, I dont think our men Sims get enough, so I decided to make a nice modern pad for a lucky sim.


This house has 2 bedrooms (one is a sleep out) and 2 bathrooms (one in the sleepout)

It has a modern 'moat' wrapping around the whole house and a nice patio area displaying recycled artwork in the form of old doors and windows and tin signs.


On the bottom floor is a mancave, featuring a pool table, bar and arcade games


Second floor is open plan living, dining and kitchen


And top floor is bedroom complete with massage table after a hard days work!
