Oceanside is a homey, laid back California beach town where anyone would feel comfortable . . . Houses are either modern and luxurious, or charming . . .This house is a composite of luxurious houses I saw on The Strand, a narrow little street that runs right along the ocean . . . The house is built on a steep beach lot and I was only able to place it on beaches in the Moon Islands template. Other beach templates are too flat. The houses along the Strand are built next to a cliff, and I was trying to be as authentic as possible! I play tested and didn't have any problems. Your Sims will use the beach side door as will the newspaper boy. I so hope you enjoy my California dream house!
