Little "Big House" No. 1

There are so many bautiful and fantastic big lots to find on this page, but unfortunately they're often not easy to play (even with a decent PC). So I made a few small/middle lots with "big houses" i.e. fully equiped with room for many Sims.

This one is a 3X2 lot with a two storey house. It costs 162.484 Simoleons. Has one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second floor. Three doublebed bedrooms and a room for tods/babys. Has an outdoor pool, and a lovetub on the backside of the house.

NOTICE: The lot comes with the egg shrub, and I used quite a bunch of recolors (you should have the CEP installed), custom walls and floors. It is highly recommended to use Sims2Pack Clean Installer for installation, if you want to check the used objects and recolors.
