Hel-lo fellow simmers! I am back with another modern. I know crazy right, you were expecting a victorian..



This time, I went crazy with the landscaping- and my favorite landscaping- the kind with fun stuff for your sims to do...all around, hence the name. Plus, it's all around from the side, to the back-ish, as this house is oddly shaped, and the 'back' is in more than one place. It's simply all around! I think this is the favorite landscaping I've done on a house so far ^_^.

So yes, this house is probably the best for an outdoor/ pool party. I will list what it has outside!

There also are some games in the house for those that don't like the outdoors... and it has many doors on all sides of the house as well!

I did add a basement this time, but I didn't do anything with it, I figured you could use it if you'd like, but it's not needed .
