Please welcome the Celestial Being. Allow the Celestial Being to gently float into your game.

While the Celestial Being may bear passing resemblance to a female sim they are, in fact, genderless. It is the heartfelt wish of the Celestial Being to lavish Love and Affection on all their Treasured Friends. Treasured Friends include extraterrestial organisms, invertebrates within the arthropod phylum, amphibians, aquatic craniate animals and various minerals. Sims on the other hand are still somewhat new and confusing to the Celestial Being, and therefore the Celestial Being wishes to take relationships with them slowly.
Moreover, the Celestial Being wishes to acknowledge that the sim tradition of using a variety of wooden and metal implements (as well as their own respiratory systems) in order to create pleasing sounds fascinates the Celestial Being greatly.
The Celestial Being's favourite colours are all impossible to perceive for the human (or sim) eye and therefore to the layperson it might seem that the Celestial Being wears only white.

First a note on this sim's CC eyes: the actual eyes used (Shady's Glossy Eyes) seem to be Gone For Reals, so I would suggest you just use your favourite CC eyes. There are tons of gorgeous ones out there.
