this CC-free sim is meant to provide a second (or replacement) Master Vampire that you can plop down in your game anytime you think your vamp population could use some variety. If you think you might enjoy a Marquise in addition to (or instead of) a Count roaming your game - Marquise Augusta von Carpathia would just love to take up residence in any elegant, opulent vampire mansion you might have sitting around. 
Her aspiration is Master Vampire; her traits are self-assured, outgoing and foodie. As befits a beguiling Old Hollywood siren, she has the singing skill maxed out and a fair amount of charisma.
