After refurbishing and remodeling, this lonely, defunct lighthouse turned into something more than just a cute little seafood eatery: a loud, joyful celebration of local cuisine, art, and culture.

Hello all, as you can see today I have a little restaurant for you It's 30x20 and has 7 dining spots in total, attended to by two waiter stations.
The menu type is seafood; Lot traits are Romantic, Convivial and Chef's Kitchen. The lot is fully furnished, decorated and play tested and contains no CC.

The 1st floor includes the host stand, dining area and waiter stations, one of the bathrooms, a little indoor sitting area for the customers, and the kitchen; floor 2 is a staircase leading out to the balcony where your sims can touch up (or repaint) the murals if needed; floor 3 has the second bathroom and another little sitting area; the 4th floor contains a few easels and a stereo.

bb.moveobjects was used during building so if things look wonky after placing the lot, try placing it with the cheat on and off and see which one works.
Please also make sure the lot type is reset to "residential" and demolished before placing the restaurant; otherwise, the staff uniforms will be reset to default and that's just no good.
