Hey folks!

I totally fell in love with the cabin style, so now I present you The probaly smallest house (The modern cliffhouse is a studio!) I´ve ever built!



Because it costs less then 17K, this cabin is perfect for 2 Sims or a couple (Single sim only gets 16K), with one bedroom for 2 Sims, one bathroom that´s very small but has everything you need and a great room with kitchen, dining and living with fireplace, it´s just perfect.

I´ve placed it on the beach beneath the Wolff´s lot. If you also want it there, bulldoze the already existing community lot (2 times, if you bulldoze it the first time it changes to: No visitors allowed). Then go to the edit world tool and place a 15x10 lot minimum.

Built on a 15x10 lot and costs: §16.481 Furnished and §13.319 Unfurnished
