Zen Retreat - Small Japanese Inspired Home

I love small homes. I think they are so adorable. I've had this one sitting on my builder's Island for the longest time. It was inspired by a small house I saw once, that I was going to recreate, but changed it a bit more to my liking. For those curious you can see the house here : http://tinyhouse.heininge.com/.



This house is simple, cozy, and fairly affordable. Featuring an open living, kitchen and dinning area, a loft bedroom, and relaxing bath room. This home is perfect for a single Sim, or a couple. It can be used as a cottage getaway home, or even a place of permanent residence. It has a small front and back yard, the back featuring a small Zen garden with a great view.





Like my previous homes, you will have to furnish the home yourself. It comes completely empty. (I currently have a Sim living in this house, so I used it for most of my photos.)
