Wouldn't it be nice to just go swimming in your backyard, without having to worry about all of the accidents that kids have had in the public pool?

Well the summary pretty much... sums it up? And hey! This one doesn't require a bunch of EPs! Yay!
This is a tiny little starter built for a sim who wants to live near the sea. It's affordable and has plenty of room for just one sim, and possibly a cat/dog. It's meant to be placed on a beach. But you could change the foliage up and it would look cute nestled deep in the forest, possibly next to a lake, also.

***** This lot requires the Simple Ladder by HugeLunatic. It's not included in the lot*****

The bedroom does look a little weird if you play with walls up, but when down it looks fine.
Also you HAVE to leave the empty square in the bedroom, empty. Otherwise the ladder won't work. Sorry. :c

This lot costs 10,847 furnished and 7,227 unfurnished. If you want to use this as a rental in Uni, it'll cost 108, I believe.
The lot size is 15x10.
Tested, but please let me know if you come across any problems. The ladder was being a butt at first, but it should work properly now.
