It's been ages since I've uploaded anything on modthesims website. I've been playing The Sims 4 a lot more now and I'm enjoying it so I wanted to make something from The Sims 1 and I picked 7 Sim Lane Newbie house and I built it for The Sims 4.
It tuned out really well as you can see from the screenshots, I tried to make it look almost the same as the original Newbie house. The only thing I couldn't find for the custom content was the yellow kitchen counters with green tiles and the Sad Clown painting but still looks great though.
Have fun using the Newbie house again in The Sims 4! :D

The only extra in game content I wanted to add for the Newbie house was a fire alarm, stove, couch and a wardrobe. Because the original house didn't have these items and I wanted to add them to make the house look more complete and realistic.
(All Custom Content Included) & all items work for The Sims 4 Base Game and Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs.
