What series of Sims homes wouldn't be complete without "the" original tutorial house from the whole entire Sims franchise?! Complete with Bob & Betty Newbie (available in a separate download if you wish )





Now I'm no dummy, I realize everyone and their left nu....foot, has probably built this house but I did it anyway. Every creator does something a wee bit different so really each lot is unique in some way. Besides, this is my game and I like the house the way it is. I hope you do too!





I used no custom content and only base game items, so of course, again, I did the best I could to be as close as possible to the original.

The Sims 1 version of this home costs $17130 furnished. The Sims 4 version came to around $5000 more.

Of course you can place this lot anywhere, but I built it on a corner, as it originally was.



The trees look huge, but they are the same trees as the original lot. I tried fiddling with object size but couldn't make the willow tree smaller. No matter, it looks nice anyway!
