I've tried myself on a hotel this time and to be honest I'm quite proud of this.
I never built a hotel myself up to now.

4 Rooms, each for 2 people, each with own bathroom consisting of Toilet and Washtub and a sink

Reception room with a couch and bookshelves in case your sims might want to read, with reception desk of course and a dishwasher

Quiet/Resting room with a Majong Table, couch and tea table

Prize for the whole Lot: 99.278$
Prize for a Room: 746$ per Night

There's lighting and, as you see, it's fully furnished.

"The Prism Hotel will calm your heart with a breeze of Autumn light. Enjoy a drink of hot tea or work on the Zen garden to refreshen your spirits."

I didn't quite know what to put into the left corner, I first thought of Onsen, but it looked wrong, so I decided to put a little bit of landscaping in.
I used a treeneedle terrain paint for the floor, mixed with stones where sims mostly walk by and, of course, the Zen garden in the middle.
I orientated myself a bit on one of the hotels from Takemizu village.

There is some Custom Content, nothing made by me.
Purplepaws made the rugs in the rooms and Fee-Essen did the Shower-Tub Combi.
