Tiny Split Level Starter -- No CC, No Expansions

This is exactly what it says on the tin. It's small, it's got a split level ground floor, and it's cheap! It's fully furnished with all the necessities. It has a loft style sleeping area with a second floor deck/balcony for your sim to enjoy, perfect spot for an artist's easel for example. The ground floor (minus the porch/deck) is roughly the real-world equivalent of only 250 square feet.

Important note: I did use the "bb.moveobjects on" cheat for the oven and the window near the stairs. This shouldn't affect anyone who downloads this, but it will mean that if you want to replace either of those objects, you'll need to turn that cheat on in order to place a new object in the same place.
