This is a real split level house. Enter on the foundation level to see the open kitchen/dining area. To the right is the sunken living room and to the left is the master suite with master bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath for visitors on the first level. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bathroom.





This lot has been play tested and it did not leak at the split level junction wall during a rainstorm.


Game packs used:


I have all the EPs, SPs, etc for Sims 4 and used things from many of the packs. I only used game pieces for this lot so there is no cc.However, I do recommend that you have Jungle Adventure for the cinder block windows. This house will work if you don't have all the EPs and SPs but you may need to paint some walls and add furniture and experiment with substitute windows to cover the split level wall holes. The holes can not be avoided but they can be hidden so they don't leak during rain.

You'll have to watch it and fool around with the roof heights to cover the wall cutouts at the split level wall seam, so modern houses are the best style.
