Pleasant Meadow Cottage 4BR 3BA w/fake basement

Pleasant Meadow Cottage is a 4 bedroom 3 bath house The laundry room could be turned into a is in the unfurnished makeshift basement (meaning instead of using the basement tool I dug down into the ground) there is a storage closet next to the downstairs bathroom in the entrance way across from the stairs that go upstairs and the the "basement" a fairly large kitchen and dining combo with an arch way to the living room up stairs has all the bedrooms and a medium sized family bathroom. the kids rooms are themed for a teenaged boy (hunter themed) and a child girl (candy themed), a gender neutral sailor themed nursery. the master bedroom has a small closet connected to master bathroom has I forgot to add it originally and the bathroom was bigger/ more oddly shaped than I liked (pain to furnish)

though this house is made for 4 sims and a baby/toddler I don't see why you couldn't fit the full 8 sims though it maybe crowded I didn't actually test that so if anyone tries it let me know how it works

I did this under the challenge of the least used packs: pets, island paradise, diesel, town life, and Katy Perry sweet treats which I thought was funny because these are some of my favorites.

You could put it on a bigger lot if you want a playground in the backyard though it is on a 20Wx30D lot now.
I have stated using to smallest lot possible so it can really go "anywhere"

Just a side note the lighting is alittle "odd because of the CFE cheat I tried fixing it with little success

I unintentionality made it mostly pets and base game (dont ask me how I managed that) but used a few items from other packs:

Island Paradise: The Master bedroom suite set, bed, end table, reading chairs, bookshelf , worn paintings.

Katy Perry Sweet Treats: the candy themed child's room, candy bed, candy end table, candy bookshelf, candy themed curtains, candy themed paintings. (see why it's called the candy room)

Diesel Stuff optional: living room seating set, couches, arm chairs

Town Life Stuff optional: washer, dryer, laundry basket, laundry room shelf, workout shoes/bag deco item in master closet
