Angel Estates

Angel Estates is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a marked out laundry room (room off garage with dresser mirror and sink) formal diningroom kitchen with a bar a swing set in the back for the kids and a barbecue area on the back deck.
this is my first request I did build this house loosely inspired off a picture (not included), there is an office Which can be converted into a 4th bedroom.
I put in a basement this time (by request) within the basement is a treadmill, weights a chin-up bar, easel and "nectar" making area.

didn't fully play test this one so if there is anything screwy with it send me a PM or leave a comment

You may want to put it on a bigger lot if you want a bigger backyard (didn't realize it would be this big of a house)

Just a side note the lighting is a little weird in the garage because I used constrain floor elevation (CFE) to attach the garage to the house but it shouldn't affect anything (again)
