Claybee Living Room (Maxis Recolours)

Happy 2017, Everyone! What did I do with my holiday? Aw, that's so sweet of you to ask! I buried myself in Photoshop and refused to come out until I finally finished this set, an overdue living room of Maxis recolours to compliment/match the Claybee Kitchen & Dining Room I uploaded a while back. There are just a few pieces that require different EPs, but overall I like to stick to as many base game items as I can (or at least provide base game alternatives) if I plan to share a set like this one. I did throw in an IKEA dresser and the Seasons coat rack because I like my sims to be able to ditch their Fry Guy costumes at the front door. ;p

Even though I made a ridiculous number of walls and floors to go with the kitchen I couldn't stop myself, so there are 7 new striped wallpapers and 6 new hardwood floors included in this set. I also updated the Claybee Build Mode collection file from the kitchen to include the new additions, so if you have the previous set and decide to add these in, please just replace the older "collection_liz_build_claybee" with this newer one.

NOTE // Since posting this room I've uploaded a Claybee Bathroom , which contains a ludicrous amount of new walls and floors and has an even newer "collection_liz_build_claybee" file!

My recolours are of the 3x4 (which also apply to the 2x3 and 1x2 sizes). These should require base game, plus NL or a later EP.
(I personally use Windkeeper's "no shadow" versions, which are also linked at the top of the original post above.)
Rugs appear in Decorative / Misc - 60, 250, 800 - and come in creme stripes, clay stripes, bordered honey, and bordered leaf
