This house was built on a 30x40 lot, addressed at 17 Maywood Lane, located in Sunset Valley. A spacious, humble home perfect for a family of 5.

This house comes complete with an underground garage, large front and back porch, a great room, a kitchen with an updated sink and stove, a dining room, 3 bedrooms (master, a teen's room, and a young children's room), 2 bathrooms with an updated shower, and a basement, which has a bonus room along with a spare bedroom and a full bathroom, that can be entered through an outside entrance.




This home also has a nicely sized backyard for the kids and pets to run around in.



**NOTE: You can still download and install this house into your game, even without the expansion/stuff pack(s) installed, but the home will have certain items missing and replaced with base game items in the case of that object not being found in that game.

This house took me so long to make Especially because of the driveway. Probably won't be doing that again, that's for sure... I made this house especially base-game friendly so that all players can enjoy it and add in whatever they want to it later.
