I've been digging around and finding some older builds. This one was originally built as a legacy house, so it comes with practically everything and has plenty of room for whatever else you might add. There are two fixed staircase so this may cause a little foot stomping if a lot of sims are using it, should be easily replaced with a modular stair if you prefer.
