One of the reasons I bought Backyard Stuff was the bird-feeder. I really liked the new game play it offered and loved the idea of finally having birds twittering in your garden at pretty much your beck and call.
It was a like having a mini pets expansion.

What I didn't like was the actual bird-feeder. Don't get me wrong , I like all sorts of colors, bright, dark, pale, you name it. But this bird-feeder was so loud, there was never a place to put it where it wouldn't scream out a"stare at me!".
Frankly, with that huge bird medallion affixed to its base, it reminded me more of a deer crossing sign than anything else.

Why did they even put it there? Was it to remind the player what its purpose was or to secretly frighten away all but the bravest birds?

Whatever its purpose, that bird medallion together with several brutally bright color choices made it impossible to place effectively. So for the sake of poor SIms everywhere, who like mine have been forced to deny themselves the hobby of bird-feeding, I set out to remedy the situation and create a more seemly bird-feeder, one that would either blend into its surroundings with dignity, or twinkle with a touch of color, much like a brightly feathered bird up in a tall tree, peeking out from among the leaves.

The Simply Curvy Birdfeeder is the result. It has the same lovely "C" curve and functionality without the glare.

So, come little feathered friends. Nothing about this bird-feeder will ruffle your feathers.

Note:Though it is otherwise completely functional, unlike the original this bird-feeder will appear full even when it needs filling.
