Part Two of the Brilliance Gardens series is the Brilliance Bush.
The Brilliance bush comes in 14 colors, each bursting with intensity.
The colors include: bright blues and white, warm and cool pinks, vibrant greens and intense deep red, yellows and orange.
Brilliance Bushes show the greatest color contrast when placed on Mossy Moss Terrains.

Brilliance Bushes can be found in the Build section under Bushes.
