NBBirdFeederFeather3Weight - the basic chance of successful feeding is 5, the chance of getting feathers is 3

Hello everyone!

I made an override for Backyard Stuff Pack's Bird Feeder. It gives a chance of getting feather collectibles when your sim is filling the feeder. Getting the collectibles works the same way when your sim is opening feather piles from Cats and Dogs EP.

The base chance of successful feeding is 5. Compared to this, the weight of getting feathers is 3.

You will need both the Cats and Dogs EP and Backyard Stuff SP for this mod to work.
