Hello everyone
Today I have for you a lot that I've been working on for a long time. I wanted a house boat- and so I made one. And here it is!



I'm pretty pleased with how this turned out. It's quite a small house, and yet everything needed for two sims fits in perfectly. Here's the floorplan:



As you can see, it has an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, and a separate double bedroom and bathroom complete with shower and bath. The stairs are separated by a door, and this leads up to the rooftop garden with extra seating for when your sims have guests over. I have placed a bench, but this can easily be substituted for a BBQ, which would also be a nice addition the the garden!

This lot is 30x20, and will look great placed on a lot that backs out onto a body of water.
