No CC/Starter Home: Hickory Lodge

Hi all!
So I was thinking the other day... I've been making all these houses with double beds as starter homes, but what about those with sims who need two separate rooms? And out of that, this house was born!


This house is a larger starter home, with room for three sims and plenty of space to expand.



As you come in through the front door, you come to a living area. Through the archway there is a desk and dining area, with seating for four sims. Then through the smaller arch is the kitchen, and through the door is the family bathroom with shower.



Up the stairs you come to a narrow hallway, with the first door being the single bedroom and the second the master bedroom.

This lot has plenty of room to expand as your sim grows!

This lot has been built with no CC, but the cheat 'bb.moveobjects on' was used to place items. Please have this cheat turned on before you place the lot!
