The house you are viewing today is a beautiful 5 bedroom, three bathroom detached property with an external garage and large enclosed garden.



On the Ground floor as you come through the front door is a small Lobby. To the right you have Bedroom 1, which is a small double but could possible be converted into a formal dining room or study. To the left you enter into the spacious living room, complete with plenty of seating space, a large TV, upright piano and a great amount of book space. As you continue through the door you come to the hallway, in front of you is Bathroom 1, which is a full bathroom complete with Bath and separate Shower. Through the door on your Left is the kitchen/diner, with seating for six. The kitchen is fitted with an old-style oven and fridge. A dishwasher is not included, but could be fitted at your will. Though the arch is a Laundry Room, complete with Washing Machine and storage space.

As you leave through the backdoor, you will find a spacious garage with workspace. To the back of the property is a garden with picnic benches and a BBQ.



If you continue up the stairs, you will find another spacious hallway. To the left is Bedroom 2, a double bedroom with a backroom currently used as a music room. The wall diving could possibly be knocked down to create one large room. Through the door in the back room, to your immediate right is a storage cupboard. To the left is the Master Bedroom, complete with En Suit with shower (not pictured, shown in Floor Plan). To the front is a spacious family bathroom, with a combined Bath/Shower. To the right of Bathroom 2 is Bedroom 3, another small double. At the bottom of the hall and to the right of the stairs is Bedroom 4, a single room.

This house is based on the one my Boyfriend grew up in. Sadly we had to move out, but I loved that house, even though it was really miss-matched! I tried to keep the quirks of the original home (The colours on the walls!) whilst making it appealing. I hope you like it!
