Hi everyone!
Today I have another no cc/base game/starter home for you, and this one is called The Green Room! It's obvious why- the house is kitted out in green!



This house is based on a photo I saw online :



Here's the very simplistic floorplan:



As you can see, when you come through the front door you arrive in a kitchen/dining area. to the left is the bedroom and separate bathroom, and to the right is the living room. Out the back of the house is a small porch.

The roof is very simple, and allows for extensions to easily be made as your sim progresses in their life!

No CC has been used, but this lot was built with the cheat 'bb.moveobjects on'. Please make sure you have this cheat active before placing the lot!
