The 1920s were the heyday of the time, and houses boasted all the new conveniences available. Electricity! Plumbing! Even a machine that played records!! But, time has marched on....and this house got left behind

It still looks the same as it did 90 years ago.......the once crisp white curtains have faded to a dingy white, the paint on much of the furniture has cracked and peeled, the ornate fireplace is still the focal point of the living room, the plumbing and appliances are so old and outdated that they break with regularity, and the basic structure of the home has never changed. The only thing that still looks fresh is the flowers and foliage surrounding the house, and the gazebo has been overrun with vines.



Maybe one of these days someone will care for it...........


Originally I had set one of the lot traits to cursed, but every time my sims were inside the house the got the dazed moodlet, so I changed it to the gardening trait. I desperately wanted a ghost, but even after burning a sim and inheriting an urn, ghosts still don't transfer with the lot, so the haunted trait is the best I can do. The backstory would have been hilarious! Ah well, such is Sims 4 life LOL

I thoroughly play-tested this lot, and my sims have no trouble getting around. They even navigated the small entrance to the dining room effortlessly!
