Sims 1:4 - Ranger's Ranch Campground from Vacation

Took a break from houses.....built a campground! Yay!! I love the outdoors so creating this lot was twice the fun! :lovestruc

Anyone who had the Vacation EP will remember Vacation Island:





As Sims 4 doesn't yet have Seasons trying to create the other lots will be difficult, but with Outdoor Retreat I was able to render a reasonable (and visually much more pleasing) Sims 4 ideal of the Ranger's Ranch Campground!!





The original campground had archery and water balloon fights, which I replaced with horseshoes and monkey bars for the kids. The original also had porta-potties and changerooms, but I used showers and the Granite Falls washroom building (which also has showers anyway) LOL

No water tool meant I had to be creative with the fishing ponds as best I could, but my Sim was happily fishing during the test run, so I know they work! Kudos!!

I did use the move objects cheat in a couple areas, as well as some buy debug items (the washroom, fishing ponds and ranger hut among them) so I hope EA has fixed the issue with these items possibly disappearing on transfer. No custom content was used during creation, only base game and Outdoor Retreat items were used.

I did test the lot on another computer and it installed fine, however should you have any issues please comment and let me know.

One other thing I noticed was although the lot is a Rental, it's considered Residential until it's placed in Granite Falls where it's seen as a vacation destination.

The lot value is $27189, and rental cost is $261 per day. It has 2 tents, bathrooms, showers, coolers, grills and fire pits.

I hope your sims enjoy the lot as much as I did creating it! Have fun!!
