This is the actual house I currently live in, so don't be too harsh
It's *not* a starter house (luckily ), though it's quite affordable (if they were dollars, it would costs, fully furnitured, as much as I paid to buy the house only...)

In Italy we don't have the large wooden houses that can be found in the USA, nor the cottages typical of the English country. I live in a city, and my place is a flat, on the 4th floor of an apartment building.

You'll notice that, though this house can be considered quite large, there isn't very much space: there is a lot of furniture, the kitchen is quite small (but there is a dining room that can host 12 persons, if needed...).

There is the study, with the computer: it's the room where I basically live; in this very moment I'm sitting at that computer writing these notes :D

You may notice, also, that there is an empty room: that's right, I actually have an empty room: it should have been the "children room", but since there are no children...

1 small kitchen
A large Dining/Living area
1 empty room
A huge terrace that can be used for anything (solarium, parties... you choose)

I tried my best to choose pieces of furniture that would match my actual ones, but using only Maxis decors was not that easy...
