My first successful build using constrainfloorelevation cheat! Despite not having a backyard, this house is complete for a medium-big family of sims. 4 BR 3BA, a split level on the 1th floor and one parking spot. And the price is only a little more than 31k! C'mon that's a good deal right? Also is unfurnished.

Also i recorded the building process of this house and the video can be found here , originally i used a custom floor that got changed afterwards. Hope you guys like the house and i'm looking foward to post more in the near future!
