Hello everyone! It's been a while since I uploaded and that was due to a completely corrupt hard drive incident that almost made me lose this new house! Luckily I managed to save it and so today can finally bring it to you all!

This is Mediterranean Sunrise, a massive five bedroom and eight bathroom mansion that is a perfect addition to any large neighborhood. The home features a large open concept floorplan and is furnished in great detail. The lot is landscaped with lush vegetation and includes a sprawling back patio and pool complete with everything from a pool bar, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and even a small lazy river! Every bedroom includes its own walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private balcony space. There are two garages attached to this home totaling five spaces for vehicles. If your Sim is a car collector, this home can provide them with the spaces to show em off!
