I was getting bored with the in-game tattoos, so I decided to make my own.

Stiletto Knife Left Thigh Tattoo
Stiletto Knife Left Arm Tattoo (Req. City Living)
BAD BXTCH Chest Piece Tattoo
And for your goth sims, Upside Down Crucifixes on the thighs.

These work for men and women, Teen-Elder.
They're found in the tattoo section of CAS, check the screenshots for each location.
