I made this lot for two of my teen sims living out on their own-- sisters who would rather live their lives however they want on the open sea, fishing, diving, and occasionally raiding a few boats in their path.



Originally purchased from a skeevy dude down by the docks as broken down, dirty, and dirt cheap with pooled money from part time jobs, and a bit of "extra" income, they cleaned it and rebuilt it from the deck up. But of course, they are pirates, so they're not too concerned with maintenance.

It includes:
A fruit and herb garden on the roof to prevent scurvy.
Cat box, toys, and scratching post for your ship mouser
Washer, dryer, and clothesline for whenever you feel like washing
One bedroom with bunkbeds and and all-in-one shower
A buttload of clutter
