I love playing with large families, but when all the kids have grown and moved out, you no longer need a seven bedroom house.
So, today I present to you this one bedroom one bathroom mini home fitted with a large kitchen, dining room and living room/lounge area with a TV, stereo and gaming system. Upstairs you find a large bedroom with a desk and computer. There's a covered garage with room for two cars, several flower beds and a garden in back. The back yard (which can be expanded if this house were placed on a larger lot) contains a grill, two lounge chairs, an outdoor table with four chairs, a large flower garden and a sprinkler (which was removed for screenshots).
Perfect for Loners! Perfect for Retirees! Perfect for sims with the "dislikes children trait". But, If plans change, you can fit a third story with a little modification on the second floor.
