I'm playing the game again after a thousand years, and I figured the best thing for me to build would be another damn stilt home- just because they're so cute.
The paint's a little weatherbeaten, and the furniture's a bit cheap, but it's the perfect lot for a couple of stinky beach hippies. Who says you can't stack five rugs on top of each other? Space is a bit tight, but everything is accessible by even the dimmest of sims. It's got one bedroom, one bathroom and a wraparound covered porch with folding chairs littered everywhere. There's room to fit a parking space or a bike rack underneath the house- just watch out for floods!
As you might have guessed, the lot fits perfectly in Recurve Strand in Sunset Valley, but it would fit on any 4x3 lot.
CC Not Included: The Simple Column (Full Wall Height) by Funbruk here at MTS. I tried to abstain from using any sort of cc, however, you will need this if you want it to look exactly like the picture.
