Picked Upload!   This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

Built in the style of my WIP world, Greymont Bay, The Wheaton is a small but cozy 2 bedroom house with an open concept living space and room enough for man's best friend. Out back, a small vegetable patch will provide plenty of fresh sustenance. Contrary to the rest of the house's design, the second bedroom is decorated in vibrant, eclectic colors, perfect for an artist! The Wheaton is my attempt at MTS's speedbuild foundation challenge that was hosted on the site's Discord channel. Though I didn't finish in the allotted 90 minutes, I was too happy with what I had to toss it so I decided to finish and upload.

Lot Specifics:
  • Lot Size: 25x25
  • Furnished Price: §55,351
  • Unfurnished Price: §36,107

Lot Notes:
  • While every EP is listed as required, there are some EPs that I did not use extensively. A light is used each from Seasons and Showtime. The porch lights and shower come from Island Paradise. The bedside table in the second bedroom is from MSS.
  • The lot has been playtested to ensure all objects can be used, including the pet toybox under the foyer table and the dog bed under the stairs. The chair under the stairs can be used by humans, but for some reason the cat I tested with had problems sitting in it or hiding under it (though she could scratch it). However, there should be plenty of other chairs for sitting so I figured it was fine as is.
  • This lot is a library file. To install it, extract it from the archive and place it in your Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library folder.

Special thanks to PharaohHound for organizing the challenge and all the people who participated!
