MTS Speed Build Challenge Lots 1 & 2

Both of these houses were built in just 90 minutes on a prebuilt foundation provided via Modthesim's Speed Build Challenge.
As it turns out, this was incredibly challenging but also so, so fun. I haven't had as good a time in TS3 in a very long time!

With that said, please see details on the lot below:

LOT #1
Price: $83,866 // $65,041
Size: 25x35
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 2
Notes: This was what I cranked out for the first round. Spent too much time building, so decorations are sparse and not very CASted.
Please note, during the play test I encountered two areas where my sim got stuck - reading at the bookshelf and sitting at the chairs
by the pool. It wasn't consistent, but it is worth noting you may have to rotate or move them if your sims get stuck.

Price: $70,648 // $52,810
Size: 25x35
Bedrooms: 1
Bathrooms: 2
Notes: This was for round two and I budgeted my time much better - definitely a more solid showing for me.
