Hey guys and gals!  I haven't uploaded in a long time, but when I heard that they added platforms/split levels, I scooted back onto the game!  Soon the game will have the same features as TS2 hehehe.  Anyways, this house is perfect for a family with teenaged/adult children or some friends who want to live together for some reason.  There's plenty of amenities for entertaining, so invite your friends, family, random people, and even the Grim Reaper!  Enjoy! 

 You MUST have bb.Moveobjects ON when placing the lot 
If you don't, the lot will look all messed up.

- Second patio w/ connections to bedrooms
- Smoke detector that I always forget!
- Kitchenette

warning: Adjusting the platforms can mess with stairs on the lot.  This is a glitch in TS4 itself, not the lot.
