Hello, lads!

Today I'm here with a renovation that I decided to include in the "small house collection" I'm currently working on.

This house came with the base game, that's why it has been cleaned up about the Sims data/references with Lot Compressor.

It has just one floor and it's a basic home for a couple Sims with a child. One living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one dinning room and two bedrooms. Also, we have a pool area and a greenhouse for those who are keen in gardening.
