Hello to all
For this new house, I imagined an old neighborhood with a set of old buildings (old small businesses) restored to make only one dwelling.

Some signs have been preserved, as well as a large entrance door (non-functional and condemned). The interior has been completely redesigned, apart from the access to the floors, the stairs are original ...

On the ground floor:
- a direct entrance to the landing with a small living room.
- a large kitchen dining room overlooking an interior courtyard
- a library with a fireplace overlooking the inner courtyard
- a toilet

On the 1st floor:
- a large landing area serves a children’s room
- a master bedroom
- one bathroom

On the 2nd floor:
- another large landing area serves 2 children’s bedrooms
- one bathroom

A large inner courtyard with access to the street is at the back of the house.

A large garage-shed accessible from the front or rear of the building, and a semi-covered passageway between the house and the garage.

The colours of the façades have been preserved to give this ensemble more character.
