Hello to all

I propose an old style half-timbered house with a contemporary layout, some windows replaced by more modern windows.

This elevated townhouse, surrounded by a garden and a BBQ corner, includes:

On the ground floor:
- a large entrance
- a toilet (under the stairs)
- a fitted kitchen with access to the terrace
- a dining room with opening on the BBQ corner
- a fireplace/reading area
- a lounge with opening onto the terrace

On the 1st floor:
- a bearing
- a master bedroom
- three children?s rooms
- a bathroom/shower with toilet

The attic is converted into a play area for children, a painting area, a corner for chess lovers.
