The final home in my Legacy Series; I present to you the Kirkwood Legacy Home.

Some of you may notice that this home looks very similar to my 4353 Wisteria Lane house from earlier this year - that house is my dream home. If I ever had enough money to build my own home on my own plot of land then 4353 is exactly how I would want it to look. I uploaded four different versions on that home to ModTheSims, (two Sims 3, and two Sims 4 versions) because I love it THAT much that I want to keep redoing it to make it look better as the years go on. HOWEVER, upon further inspection you will see that this house is actually a brand new, flipped, mirror image of 4353 Wisteria Lane. The floor plan is about the same (albeit flipped) in both houses, but the major differences are the landscaping and interior furnishings. This new house is on a larger lot and features CATS AND DOGS ONLY whereas 4353 required quite a few different packs to have it look exactly how it did in the screenshots. This house also has an additional bedroom.

I consider this a legacy house because it was built with a specific family in mind, and they will continue to live here as the family ages. I hope you like this home as much as I do! House has been fully playtested and is CC FREE. Base game and Cats and Dogs Only! The couch in the living room will need to be moved farther back if you want to use the fireplace.
