You wonder, 'why of all names would you choose that?' Number one, it was the first and best thing I could think of. Number two, it's sort of cute, no? Number three, the apartments are decorated in a young adult/college kind of way. It seems kind of fitting that be the name, since that is the time of life you 'grow your wings' and learn 'adulting'.

Although the lot is set up as a residential, it is designed to act as an apartment building. Each floor consists of one apartment complex (1 bathroom, 2 double beds each) and the public area in which your sims need to enter each individual home. You can either choose to keep all of it open as it is or mark rooms as 'public' and 'hidden' using the silver orbs in 'buydebug' accordingly.

The first floor contains the smallest of the apartments. It has everything your sim needs and has no electronics. This floor also has the hallway leading to the backyard and the workout room, meant to be the 'public' spaces.

The second floor consists of the 'template' apartment. It's the biggest of the three and contains everything your sims need and more. (The interior apartment screenshots are from this apartment). The hallway is the 'public' space.

The third floor apartment is very nice and contains ALMOST everything that the 'template' apartment has. The split level staircase hallway is the 'public' space.

If you have any plans to change the lot a bit, please take note that the bush fencing on the outside of the windows must stay! All around the exterior of the lot I've moo'd the windows and archways together to give the lot a little extra dimension. Removing the fencing will make sims route the wrong way and walk through the walls in the ground floor. There are two spaces on the ground floor where the bushes wouldn't be appropriate, so I've opted to put a coffee table in front of the window in the workout room and placed a desk by the backyard window in the bedroom. These objects have successfully prevented these routing problems from occurring, so please keep this in mind if you want to make changes.


I'm happy to report that this lot contains little store content. Anything you don't own below will be replaced with items you do own as they are not 'included' with the download. As always, my lots never have third party CC and this is no exception.
